Mary Beth LaRue is a yoga teacher and life coach whose mission is to lead people to their bliss, whether it’s through a sweaty yoga practice, a gratitude meditation, or a conversation over coffee about life goals.
Teaching for almost eight years, LaRue is continually inspired by the beauty of the human spirit, the ability of the body to heal and the innate, unconditional bliss that lies in each of us. LaRue teaches group classes at studios such as The Yoga Collective, The Green Yogi and Yogis Anonymous.
LaRue is the co-founder of Rock Your Bliss, a yoga and goals movement inspiring and empowering others to live the life of their dreams. LaRue, along with goal coach Jacki Carr, lead worldwide retreats, workshops and trainings.
LaRue has traveled the world working with professional athletes and creating sustainable, rehabilitative yoga programs. She has also developed classes held at the Down Syndrome Association of Los Angeles for teenagers, newborns, and their family members.
In 2013 LaRue was named one of the top yoga instructors in Los Angeles by Rate Your Burn. Her classes and retreats have been featured in the Huffington Post, National Geographic Traveler, LA Yoga and Origin Magazine.
In recognition of her work, LaRue has been named an ambassador of lululemon athletica, Manduka, Tiny Devotions,The Neshama Project and Stronger Faster Healthier.
