BIO:
Linde is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 25 years experience in designing, implementing, and managing innovative employee based programs that support business objectives.  Linde’s experience covers a wide variety of industries including hospitality, financial services, airlines, healthcare, manufacturing, and the non-profit sector.
Linde has effectively managed the Compensation & Benefits function within Human Resources for major companies including American Express, The Dial Corporation, and Doubletree Hotels Corporation.  Her technical knowledge, proven facilitation skills, and design expertise have helped link H/R programs to key business strategies.    In addition, Linde has contributed to the success of organizations through the design of cost effective benefits programs supported by creative communication solutions, and has successfully managed HR functional teams in two company mergers.
Through People Ink, she provided consulting services to JetBlue Airways.  Harned was responsible for the design, development and implementation of a full benefits program, and the design of pay strategies to support an aggressive national recruiting program.
Harned holds a BA from the University of Arkansas, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is an active member of WorldatWork and the Society for HR Management.  Linde currently serves as an instructor for WorldatWork certification seminars.
