Kimberly Fauss, JD, is a lawyer whose world view incorporates psychology, neuroscience and ethics. She is known for breaking through traditional patterns of adversarial thinking.
In her firm — aptly named New Growth Ventures – Kimberly practices collaborative law and promotes innovative approaches to negotiation. She designs curricula and conducts workshops nationally and abroad. She publishes articles on the intersection of law with other disciplines. And using her expertise in start-ups, she develops strategic plans and metrics for corporate and non-profit clients.
A graduate of Oberlin College and the University of Virginia Law School, Kimberly has been recognized in “The Best Lawyers in America.” She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
