Bulgarella is an experienced organizational psychologist with years of advisory work in the field of organizational behavior, human capital metrics, and talent management.
Bulgarella has delivered consultative services, action plans, and ad-hoc interventions to numerous senior leaders and many global organizations, providing solutions to a variety of business challenges, including: culture and branding, ethics and business conduct, employee engagement, personnel turnover, organizational change, leadership development, company-wide innovation, customer retention, communication effectiveness, teamwork and collaboration, as well as strategic collaborations with customers and other key stakeholders.
Bulgarella holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, and M.As in Personnel Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University (NYU). She also holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Venice, Ca Foscari, Venice (Italy).
Bulgarella is currently teaching graduate courses in organizational behavior at NYU, where she is an adjunct faculty member of the Industrial/Organizational Psychology M.A. Program.
