Mr. Nagle is the retired Executive Director of the Precision Machined Products Association. For over three decades he was a senior Manufacturing and Operations Executive with Fortune 500 companies, operating around the world. Mr. Nagle has also been a small business owner and a Principal Consultant with Price-Waterhouse. He is author of the 1997 book, “Leveraging People & Profit – The Hard Work of Soft Management” and has published dozens of articles on employee engagement and conscious leadership. His perspective is informed by thousands of hours of facilitation and hands-on leadership of teams, from the shop floor to the board room. These days he spends a great deal of his time working with men and women incarcerated in Ohio prisons, in addition to serving on the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland’s Prison Ministry Advisory Council.
