Her company is based on the foundation of Conscious Capitalism and every contract she receives she donates a portion of it to something that is near & dear to her heart. She has a true knack for connecting with people on a personal and professional level. Her mission is showing others a better way of life and a better way to do business, how to lead from within and do business from your heart, with the purpose to help others. Melanie Wright

Melanie has a passion for building brands with a purpose and helping Fortune 1,000 companies tackle business decisions at the intersection of corporate profitability and positive social and environmental impact. She has a proven track record of helping brands and organizations establish relevance and drive business growth through high-profile partnerships with the United States Olympic Committee, the NFL, Microsoft and Google. A career highlight includes the launch of STEMReady, a national corporate social responsibility program to promote careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), to high school students.

Melanie is the Director of Strategic Communications at Ainsworth Communications and she also serves as the Director of Philadelphia’s Public Relations Institute. She serves on the Steering Committee for Girls on the Run Philadelphia and is a founding member of Philadelphia’s chapter of Conscious Capitalism. Interests include, travel, skiing, ballet, experiencing new culinary delights and running trails at Wissahickon Valley Park.

Paul Alford

Paul Alford is passionate about harnessing the power of business to do good. A strong believer in the idea that teamwork makes the dream work, Paul has embraced the philosophy that “You can have whatever you want in life, if you simply help enough other people get what they want.” Paul is the President/CEO of Springboard, Inc. which owns and operates bloom daily planners and the Student Media Group. He and his team are on a mission to empower and inspire others to grow into even better versions of themselves! The company’s conscious culture and heart-based products have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, USA today, Buzzfeed, Her Campus, and many other publications/websites. Very active in the Philadelphia Entrepreneur community, Paul has served on the board of EO – Entrepreneur’s Organization for 8 years, coaches in their Business Accelerator program and is a frequent judge for their Global Student Entrepreneur awards.

For fun, Paul enjoys traveling, watching the Philadelphia Phillies, practicing the martial art of Aikido and spending time with his wife and three young daughters.

Rachel Dukeman

Rachel Dukeman upholds the belief that successful businesses empower employees to ‘be their own boss’ by providing a united vision, transparent strategy, and actionable work plans.

Finishing her Master’s degree in 2006, Rachel honed and shared her entrepreneurial, altruistic, and management skills to help over 50 mission-driven clients with strategic marketing and business/growth planning.

When not developing strategy or facilitating workshops, you can find Rachel gardening, bird watching, wine tasting, or perhaps a combination of all three!

Gregg Samson

Gregg is responsible for sales and marketing activities for government, retail and private brands. He is a member of FlagZone’s Senior Level Management Team and started with FlagZone in 2009. Prior to joining FlagZone, Gregg was a Vice President of Sales for the Moore Push-Pin Company for over 21 years. Gregg has a B.A. in Psychology from Clark University. Gregg is a former President of the Office Products Manufacturers Association.

Kelley DeLara

Kelley DeLara’s passion comes from true human connection, enabling individuals to develop spiritually, as well as through making true change. As the Account Executive for BidEnergy, she has the ability to make an environmental impact through energy efficiency. She values honest, sustainable, work with all of her clients.

Kelley enjoys yoga, meditation, Reiki, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Chris Sacks

Chris is a Private Equity Associate with Guardian Capital Partners. He is responsible for key investment activities, including new investment evaluation, financial modeling analysis and process execution for platform and add-on investments. Prior to joining Guardian in 2016, Chris was an Analyst at Stifel Financial Corp. with the Technology Investment Banking Group. Prior to Stifel, Chris interned with Oppenheimer & Co. in their Equity Research Department with the Semiconductor Coverage Group. Chris has a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from Bucknell University.
