​​Catherine Allen is Co-founder and CEO of AO People Partners. Catherine is passionately dedicated to helping leaders and organizations lean into the power of developing people to drive business success and meaningful social contribution. Catherine brings over 25 years of experience working collaboratively with industry leaders helping them and their organizations to thrive in both the human behavioral and process aspects of performance and organizational effectiveness. Catherine has a successful track record of helping leaders develop the awareness and "people" skills they need to define and communicate clear vision and direction, make difficult decisions, successfully lead their organizations through change, motivate and engage an intergenerational workforce, and cultivate their own authenticity and presence. As AO’s CEO, her focus is on guiding her team to build the full suite of capabilities to help leaders reimagine and create the culture that makes investing in conscious people development more integrated and holistic.

Catherine is also a Conscious Capitalism Press author. Co-authored by Ed Offterdinger, their new book is Conscious, Capable and Ready to Contribute: A Fable: How Employee Development Can Become the Highest Form of Social Contribution.

Mike Corkery, Deltek’s President and CEO, leads a global team of roughly 3,000 people toward the company’s mission of delivering superior enterprise software, information solutions and consulting services to project-based businesses. Since becoming CEO in November 2012, Deltek has more than doubled in size and now serves 30,000 customers across 80 countries around the world. Mike joined the company as its CFO in January 2010. Before joining Deltek, Mike was the CFO and Acting CEO for ICO Global Communications and held various senior financial and operational executive positions for a variety of leading technology companies, including: CFO for Current Group; VP of Operations Finance for Nextel Communications; CFO for Berliner Communications; VP of Market Finance for XO Communications; and VP of Business Planning & Analysis for AT&T Wireless.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and an Executive Leadership Development Certification from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. In 2013, he was named Private Company CFO of the Year by Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC). Since becoming CEO at Deltek, he has been named twice (2015 and 2019) to the Wash100 list – a group of the Top 100 most influential leaders in the government contracting industry. Mike has also been named twice (2020 and 2021) as an NVTC Tech Executive honoree—one of the Greater Washington region’s groundbreaking leaders who demonstrates dedication, vision and innovation.

Mike currently serves as a Group Executive of Software at Roper Technologies. He is a Board Member for several organizations including Year Up National Capital Region (NCR), the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), and the ACEC Foundation, where he also serves as Executive Committee Treasurer. In addition, he is the Vice Chairman of the Board for Flint Hill School in Oakton, VA, and is a member of the President's Innovation Advisory Council at George Mason University.
