Title: Engagement Support Manager

Position Summary:

Conscious Capitalism, Inc. (CCI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that pursues a higher purpose of elevating humanity through business. The Engagement Support Manager will serve a portfolio of Conscious Capitalism Chapters and Communities in their purpose of connecting, inspiring and activating local Conscious Capitalists. The role will work with Leadership Teams in cities throughout the globe and assist them in the administrative duties of the local movement and coordinate the logistical pieces needed to execute their programs and events.

Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Supporting a portfolio of Chapters and Communities assigned by the Director of the Engagement Department
    • Chapter support includes:
      • Provide coordination support to the Chapter Leadership Team in their efforts to create a self-sustaining budget, plan and host Chapter events and programs, connect with partner companies, and work with the Chapter's community members
      • Manage the Chapter's communications tools, platforms, and systems
      • Set up and manage registration systems and platforms for Chapter events and programs
      • Providing customized templates, tools, resources, and tracking mechanisms for fundraising, budgeting and event coordination
      • Be a connection point between the Chapter and CCI
    • Supporting the administrative responsibilities and tools of the Engagement Department including: financial systems administration, coordination of department communication tools, contact and relationship tracking.
