Rob is a seasoned business and management professional with over 29 years of experience driving procedures and advancements to benefit daily operations. He consistently seeks out challenges that allow him to dive deeper into process improvements. Rob has created and obtained multiple patents based on technical programs improving current systems.

Rob enjoys expanding his creative talents, and strives to find innovative ways that change the way we use data to do business better. Companies that Rob has lead have been awarded honors such as the Top 10 Small Indiana Companies to Watch Award and consistently feel the effects of year-over-year growth. Rob thrives in implementing new programs and appreciate working closely with co-workers, executives, and staff to learn and train on new concepts which is what drives his involvement in Conscious Capitalism.

Jim Money
Jim Money

Jim Money is president of Automotive Finance Corporation (AFC).

As president, Money directs the development and implementation of the company’s overall strategy and growth objectives, as well as corporate administration.

Money brings more than 25 years of experience to his role as president. He previously served the company as chief financial officer. He joined AFC in August 1999 as controller and was made vice president of finance in June 2006. He was named CFO in April 2009 and assumed his current role in June 2016.

While at AFC, Money has overseen finance, underwriting, collections and risk management operations. Most recently, he directed the business operations of Preferred Warranties, Inc., a vehicle service contract company owned by AFC, and was instrumental in growing the business and expanding its geographic reach.

Prior to joining AFC, Money held a variety of senior management positions within financial and service organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and is a licensed certified public accountant.

Indianapolis Conscious Capitalism President Kim Graham Lee has over 30 years of diverse business experience, including c-level leadership of start-up and growth companies, along with account management for some of the largest corporations in the world. Building upon a successful career at Walker, she led client service teams, global marketing and sales and new measurement efforts tied to corporate social responsibility/citizenship, corporate reputation, and business integrity.

Over the past 15 years, she has led emerging Indiana-based companies, primarily in the technology sector. Her “tours of duty” include serving as CEO of Vontoo, President of OneBridge, President of Hufford Financial Advisors, CMO of Bluelock and Interim CEO of NPower Indiana. Most recently, Kim was handpicked to launch and grow trueU, a membership-based community of like-minded companies that are committed to growing their business by growing their people. In addition, Kim is currently serving as Interim CEO of Integrating Woman Leaders, an organization focused on helping advance women in leadership positions.

Active in the community, Kim is particularly interested in helping children in poverty and mentoring other women in their careers. Kim has also been recognized for her groundbreaking leadership efforts to build an anti-bullying program at her children’s high school before bullying captured the national spotlight. Kim is proudest of her role as mom to her two children. She believes that life is an exciting adventure, even with its ups and downs, and that every day is truly a gift.

From the time Nathan was introduced to the book Conscious Capitalism in the fall of 2014, he was inspired to do more. He attended the Conscious Capitalism conference in 2015, and again in 2016, becoming a champion for the movement. Currently he serves as a Customer Solutions Manager at delta Faucet Company, putting to use his experience in accounting, finance, international business, employer branding and customer service. For Nathan, Conscious Capitalism inspires him both personally and professionally to do more towards providing fulfillment in people’s day to day lives. That conviction led him to be a critical contributor to the creation of the Conscious Capitalism chapter in Indianapolis.

A connoisseur of Michigan blueberries, Nathan is a graduate of the Indiana University-Bloomington, Kelley School of Business, and received his MBA from Butler University; he is currently a board member for the Indiana chapter of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP). An Army National Guard veteran, he served a tour of duty in Kuwait and Iraq in 2003. Nathan is married with two small children, and enjoys IU basketball in his spare time.

Leslie is literally a “peak performer”, having reached the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro! When she isn’t adventuring, Leslie serves as Vice President, Customer Experience at Walker. In this role, she leads Walker’s customer experience strategy, design, and implementation, using her strong data and analytic skills.

She’s just as busy off the clock, too – Leslie serves as Board Secretary for Art with a Heart and Volunteers at her swim club as a USA Swimming Official. A physical fitness “addict”, this Indiana University graduate truly practices Conscious Capitalism.

Patrick Gibbons

As Principal and Senior Vice President of Marketing for Walker, Gibbons has global responsibility for definition, branding, and promotion of the company and its solutions.

Gibbons has published and/or contributed to a number of articles, papers, and blogs on customer intelligence topics and has a regular column in CRM Magazine. He has been a featured speaker at a wide range of conferences, and has produced a series of educational events for customer experience leaders. He is also one of the primary developers of Face Value – an award-winning, patented educational exercise that unveils the business impact of customer-focused decision making. Gibbons came to Walker in 2000. Previously he held product management and marketing leadership roles in the publishing and online recruitment industries. He earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial design from the University of Cincinnati and his master’s degree in business administration from Butler University.

Marla provides business and executive coaching services to CEOs, executives, emerging leaders, business owners, and professionals in both individual and team settings. She is dedicated to helping clients become unstuck, uncover blind spots, accomplish goals, and ultimately reach their full potential.

Marla brings more than 20 years of business experience to her coaching practice. She has led individuals and teams in both small, entrepreneurial businesses and large corporations. Throughout her career, Marla developed a passion for uncovering and developing strengths of individuals. She is intuitive about, drawn to, and fascinated with the uniqueness of each person. She believes that knowledge is power; the more you know about yourself, the better prepared you are to achieve the career and life goals you desire.

As a coach, Marla’s mission is to help create meaning in people's work by connecting who they are to what they do. Her powerful intuition, blended with her ability to shift perspective, enables others to successfully craft and bring their own ideas and goals to fruition.
