After a 20 year career at Park Ridge Hospital, Tom founded The XLR8 Team in 1996. His clients included the Wegmans Food Markets, Corning, Inc., and the Rochester City School District. When Wegmans reached #1 on Fortune’s Best Companies to Work For list in 2005, Danny Wegman said that “one of the reasons we made it to #1 was our work with Tom Brady at The XLR8 Team!” Tom retired from XLR8 in 2017, but continues to advocate for Conscious Capitalism in Rochester and beyond!
