My work as an equity, diversity and inclusion practitioner is centered around making organizations a better place for all their employees with a special focus on those who are marginalized. Thus, the idea that business can and should serve a role in addressing the pay, racial and gender inequities in our society, is something that certainly resonates with my everyday work/life. I find Conscious Capitalism’s mission and vision to align with these values.
As a business owner myself, I believe this to be a pivotal moment in our history to weave these principles back into the fabric of our organizations for a sustainable ecosystem that enables all people to thrive in the 21st century and beyond.
