Leslie Pagel


Leslie is literally a “peak performer”, having reached the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro! When she isn’t adventuring, Leslie serves as Vice President, Customer Experience at Walker. In this role, she leads Walker’s customer experience strategy, design, and implementation, using her strong data and analytic skills.

She’s just as busy off the clock, too – Leslie serves as Board Secretary for Art with a Heart and Volunteers at her swim club as a USA Swimming Official. A physical fitness “addict”, this Indiana University graduate truly practices Conscious Capitalism.
