Bob Scoville is the President and Head Coach at Performance Talks, Inc., a firm specializing in helping leaders and teams improve their effectiveness. Performance Talks provides a variety of services: custom leadership development programs, peer development groups, team development, executive coaching, and strategic planning facilitation. Bob has conducted more than 5000 hours of executive coaching, designed and facilitated more than 150 Executive peer group sessions, and led more than 500 group meetings to help build healthy businesses and fulfilling personal lives. Bob is a Co-Founder and Director of Conscious Capitalism Boston and leads presentations and workshops on Conscious Capitalism for companies.
