WHAT TO BRING

Austin enjoys a subtropical climate with mild and sunny weather. Expect warm and sunny days and cooler nights. Average high temperature in October is 82 degrees with average low at 60 degrees. Dress is business casual.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Your event registration includes accommodations at the Hyatt Lost Pines. There is no need to make an additional reservation. Recreational facilities include full-service spa, salon and fitness center, tennis courts and hiking, biking and jogging paths.

Registration also includes meals. For special dietary requests, please e-mail event coordinator Julie van Amerongen, Julie@consciouscapitalism.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

To/From Austin Bergstrom Airport (approx 13 miles/20 minutes):

Exit airport, follow Hwy 71 East for approx 13 miles. Entrance to resort is immediate next left after the traffic light at Pope Bend Rd. Turn left into resort. Follow 3-mile drive to the lobby entrance.

From Bastrop Texas Hotel:

Take Hwy 71 west for approx 9 miles. Main entrance to resort is immediate next right after McKinney Roughs Nature Park. Turn right into resort. Follow 3-mile drive to lobby entrance.

From Downtown Austin (approx 20 miles/30 minutes):

Take 5th street east from downtown to I-35 South to Hwy 71 East. Stay on Hwy 71 East. Once past the Austin-Bergstrom Airport, the resort is approx 13 miles. Main entrance to resort is immediate next left after the traffic light at Pope Bend Rd. Turn left into resort. Follow 3-mile drive to the lobby entrance.

TRANSPORTATION

To / From Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA)

Taxis - are available on the baggage claim level at the airport. Most taxis can accommodate up to four persons in their vehicle. Cost is approximately $40 (up to four people).

Private Car - Town Car to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is $101.63 all inclusive, arranged with Carey Limousine. Pre-payment with a credit card is required. 512.929.5009

Super Shuttle - provides transportation to and from Hyatt Regency Lost Pines and the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, 24-hours a day, every day. At the airport, follow the signs from the baggage claim area to the Super Shuttle ticket counter located near baggage carousel one. You can purchase your shuttle ticket there. Advance reservations via Super Shuttle are also available. You may also schedule your return shuttle reservation at the Super Shuttle ticket counter.

Cost (per person) - $26 one-way; $46 round trip. Cash or any major credit card accepted. Reservations: 512-80-BLUE VAN (258-3826) or click here for online reservations. 24-hour advance notice is recommended for trips from the hotel to the airport.

Around the Resort - Complimentary transportation to all areas of the resort is included.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee until August 31, 2012. After that date, no refunds will be made. You may be entitled to receive a credit to attend the conference the following year, provided:

We receive details of the proposed cancellation at least three weeks prior to the start of the conference (e-mail julie@consciouscapitalism.org), and
We receive an administrative fee of $400.

Note: Registrations can not be carried over for more than one consecutive year.
