ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Conscious Capitalism, Inc is a non-profit corporation organized to advance the integration of consciousness and capitalism.

The organization was initially formed in 2005 by John Mackey and Michael Strong under the name of FLOW, and was focused on liberating the entrepreneurial spirit for good. Conscious Capitalism was initially created as a program of FLOW and evolved to the point at which it became the organization's principal focus. In 2010 the name of the organization was formally changed. The Conscious Capitalism Institute was founded by Raj Sisodia and Shubhro Sen and chartered in 2009. In 2010 the original FLOW group merged with the Institute group to create one unified organization.

The Conscious Capitalism Alliance is a member organization for entrepreneurial C-level executives deeply committed to their own personal growth and the transformation of business to a
conscious model.

We offer programming and events designed to promote learning, development, and peer-to-peer relationship building.

The Conscious Capitalism Institute provides intellectual leadership on research and advancing the under-
standing and implementation of the principles of Conscious Capitalism. It represents a unique collaborative effort among major corporations, research faculty at prominent business schools around the world, and thought leaders from leading consulting organizations
and elsewhere.

Together, under the umbrella of Conscious Capitalism, Inc, we hold an annual research conference at Bentley University each spring and an annual CEO conference in Austin, TX in the fall. In addition, Conscious Capitalism, Inc. offers a diverse set of smaller events, including hands-on workshops that allow interested parties to learn from existing Conscious Capitalist practitioners.

Membership in the Conscious Capitalism Alliance is for C-level executives of companies greater than $8MM, and sponsored by a current CCA member.

There are several options for membership in the Conscious Capitalism Institute, including General Membership, The Global Academic Consortium and Catalyst Membership for Business Leaders, Consultants and others.
